Googer Pea was the name Randy Johnson used for at least two pet hens, shortened to "Googie." He describes getting one chicken from his deceased cousin, later buying another hen, and keeping both as pets.

Randy's account

In one video, Randy says he had two chickens one after the other and that he named both of them Googer Pea. He says he called them Googie for short and that he loved both birds, especially the second one.

In another video, he says he had a pet chicken named Googer Pea from 1983 until 1989 and that he had named an earlier chicken the same thing. He again uses Googie as the short form.
