The Randypedia source archive is a local research corpus used to build and verify this encyclopedia. YouTube and TikTok are catalogued independently so that each platform's identifiers, transcript provenance, and coverage remain clear.

Coverage

Transcript availability is lower than the platform total because some videos have captions disabled or unavailable. Text and VTT copies of the same captions are counted once. A transcript is considered usable when it contains substantive text rather than an unavailable marker.

Editorial method

Detailed articles summarize Randy's own statements and link to the source videos. Automatically transcribed speech can contain errors, especially in names and punctuation, so sensitive claims are explicitly attributed to Randy and should not be presented as independently verified fact. Thin pages now expose transcript evidence instead of pretending that a video title alone constitutes a complete article.

Platform separation

The YouTube catalogue is validated as individual 11-character video IDs. TikTok uses numeric post IDs and a separate transcript directory; those IDs are never inserted into structured YouTube source fields. TikTok captions and conservative duration-matched cross-posts retain their provenance in the TikTok catalogue. The public TikTok post archive exposes searchable metadata and transcript availability for all catalogued posts without republishing transcript bodies wholesale.
